how much charge is deducted if a waitlisted tatkal ticket is canceled manually...
e.g if I book a ticket in tatkal and it comes out to be W/L and cancel it immediately.

Waitlisted tatkal ticket will entitle full refund if ticket remains on waitlist even after chart after deduction of only cancellation charges
Nothing is deducted. Only Rs. 10 or 20 against the administration charges for the ticket.
