I need info on following two point –
1) When is the chart prepared for AP Sampark Kranti Express for Secunderabad. Is it 3 hrs before it depart from Tirupati station or 3 hrs before it leaves Secunderabad station.
2) If I book a train ticket (not a E-ticket, but from reservation counter) which is in waiting status. Can I cancel it...

2. Yes you can-only the basic cancellation charges will be deducted
