Yes i remember u shared RTI got from SWR stating Hulkoti-hebsur Commissioning by march-2018 but dont know they do it or not.And also their is no any Consequences for making the doubling works slow but it seems problem may be Amount for the doubling from railways the railways not providing the amount on time for this work.

Really ? Still they haven't finished FOB how come they opened it ?

Check these pictures(sorry they are not clear), I had taken them on 31st Jan, 2018. I thought there must be some crossing hence Amaravathi was put on PF-2, but there wasn't any crossing. It departed with just 2mins halt & there wasn't any train on PF-1 too. I didnt observe that FOB was not constructed then.
