I made reservation through SBI debit card. I kept on getting a message that the reservation is being processed. Finally I got the message that my session has expired. THe ticket charges have already been debitted from my account but I haven't got any confirmation regarding the reservation through email or sms. Kindly help.
call helpline of irctc and inform them your login and they will definitely help you and tell you whether it has been bookd or not. if you do not receive any email, contact helpline numbers of irctc. thanks
This happens due to served load and it is very common thing.
Steps to be taken
1) Log in to your irctc account & check the booking history
a) your ticket may have been booked but due to load on server some time output does not comes properly, so if it is the case then take print out of your ticket.

adding to your information, a confirmation email from irctc will come for refund of charges. (in case of the ticket not being booked.) thanks
For unsuccessful / failed booking transaction, you will get credit to your SBI Bank account directly within a week's time at the most.
On the IRCTC site, just log in and thereafter on the left hand side tabs, You may check the Tab - Refund status and under that - Failed Transactions. you will find this entry there.
