can i go ahead & book the same in SL.Will it get confirmed for 24th nov.

Please check the booking history before re-trying. The irctc website is experiencing technical issues and hence the speed is not satisfactory. If your mobile phone is java enabled then try downloading ngpay from irctc website or any other site and book through them. It will cost you a bit more and initial registration is also required. I have used it many times whenever there was an issue with the irctc website.
