Chart preparation at which Station ?
Usually at the originating station, chart is prepared before 2-3 hrs from the trains's scheduled departure time.
In case of early morning departures, chart is prepared at around 10.00 pm of previous night.
The same timing system at intermediate stations but of course subjcet to certain exceptions for chart preparation timings there - it's train...

I dont understand the chart prepration concept of railway.
if the train is at morning 06:50 on monday
the chart is prepared at around 15:00 hrs on sunday
how come?
