The number of seats in 3A is shown as 6 whereas the bogie should have at least 64 berths, isn't it? Is everything else for quota seats? For 31st May, my waitlist is 18. Do I have a chance?

is it really 10%? or is it only for AC that its 10%. i remember some time back it was reported that 40% of all seats are for tatkal and there was a hue and cry over it. has it been changed
For AC it is 10 per cent of available berths/seats, and for 2SL it is 30 per cent of available number of berths. please see indianrail.gov.in under tatkal.. good wishes.
In the Fares & Seats tab, the number of seats in 3AC are shown to be 6 which is wrong I think. Surely there must be more seats available.
