if i have a W/L E ticket , and it does not confirm and remain W/L after the final chart is prepared will i get the money refunded automatically or i have to cancel the ticket online by logging in.
If all passengers remain in waitlist it will cancel automatically on chart preparation-if it partially confirms/RAC then you will have to obtain refund by filing TDR in your irctc account
