May be.... eventually.. all of them will be transferred to EcoR...
All old coaches of NR are probably being assembled right now for transfer to ECo.
I think there is no conditions precedent that rake should be marked with ECoR first and then later only rake is transferred to ECoR. By saying transferred to ECoR, it implies that PM will be done at VSKP and accordingly number too changes. But is anyone sure of the developments or proposals or approvals that CDO of AP AC is being transferred to ECoR ?
