Yes, these look like Metro coaches and not suburban AC EMU coaches and as someone has rightly pointed out, it is stationed near the Metro car shed near Dum Dum.
So these AC EMU are for metro ?? But one doubt...Is kolkata metro cars made by ICF chennai ??
