A similar incident where LPs are allowed to proceed after a one or two minute stop,commonly happens in Auto block territory
*Even I experienced the same,my Mednipur Local skipped a Red signal of Dasnagar after a minute stop and was stopped at the rear of Dn Ghatshila Local,but as soon as my local was out of the "Automatic Block Territory",it started obeying all signals till Howrah
