Yes (: as per a ALP who is my friend , he said RPM WAP7 are amazing but 30570 ED WAP7 was very poorly maintained. SR should stick WAP7 to RPM itself and WAP4 to ED.

It's new , they don't have expertise in handling. ED should have first did a proper training instead of doing a hands-on without a proper training.
