per my Opinion it is better to make realignment of New Line which Will helps to reduce distance between Paniyahwa to Bhatni to Varanasi.
New Line Revised Alignment will be:-
1.Paniyahwa-Padrauna--Kushinagar-Bhatni
& Kushinagar-Hata-Gorakhpur
2.Bhatni-Punchdeori Halt(Bathua Bazar)-Tamkuhi Road
