What GRP or Police is offering is cooked story it seems. Police are not caring to find out how and why of the incident. How a man who is depressed will get anger upon XYZ and be so aggressive to kill other.

Agree that a detailed investigation has to be done, but just to answer your statement - Aggression, anger and reckless behavior are frequently associated with depression. Aggressors in mass shooting incidents are often people suffering from depression. Depression is a very complicated condition that can manifest in many ways.
