Parli does have 3 platforms and enough loop/parking lines to hold one train for more than 2-3 hours ...more over be it Bidar/Parli does require 1 loco reversal ...its not much of a difference it makes ...and most of the times Parli is quite deserted other than occational passanger trains that originates from parli ...

this could be the possible TT to achiever 54.5KMPH to get SF status with a slight change in the current TT to extend upto Parli

gooty is managed only one train i.e dhne - gy - dhne psgr...now it converted to demu so no need of LR
The rake would be stabled in a loop line if required, lot of stations with less platforms and trains that have a turnaround much later do this. And pitlines are only required for PM, this would required other end Maintenance/Turn around attention which dont need the rake to be stabled on a pit line.
Agree, GY is one of the best managed stations, with only two platforms they even do loco changes(Earlier when Kondaveedu used to run on diesel, there used to be a loco change at GY on the YPR-MTM return trip if i remember well, also few other trains i think) :O
