Although both ICF-CBC and LHB coaches have Central Buffer Coupling (CBC) then why there are more jerks (shock) while travelling in ICF-CBC train as compared to an LHB train ?

While you are right about LHB having lesser jerks than ICF CBC, its not because of their suspension.
Other than the original LHB coaches and a few isolated examples, most current LHB coaches too have spring suspension at the secondary stage like ICF coaches. Only Hybrid-LHB and Double Decker coaches have pneumatic secondary suspension.
