yeah i know, just want to know what would be the procedure for bulk ticket booking , so that i can make arrangements

For bulk booking for more than 6 passengers you have to give a requisition letter to
1. CRS or chief Reservation superintendent between 6-19 passengers
2. Station master/manager for 20 and above
Take the endorsement on the letter and visit the bulk booking counter/chief reservation superintendent with a xeros copy of the same and buy the ticket

For bulk booking (More than 12 persons)- you will have to write a requsition letter adressed to the station manager/asst station manager giving the details of the Date of jounrey, the number of passengers,details of passsengers(Name, age and sex of the passenger) the train details(Number and name), the journey details(From and to) and purpose of travelling and get the same endorsed by the station manager-the applicant must physically visit the station manager with a ID proof and get the endorsement-then visit the Chief Reservation supervisor or Bulk booking counters(Mostly this counter wil be in main reservation counter at the rly station only) and get the tickets booked
