While stopping at ANR instead of PRR is beweildering to say the least, WB has several other stations that are much more deserving to get a regular rajdhani halt by themselves but will probably get one, eg BWN, MLDT, BDC .
And I include BWN because I feel it deserves much more than a weekly 12305 /6 halt.
