This is not the case of this single train. 4 -5 trains i have noticed.

Which trains could you name please? Also surprising why they targeted Shatabdi.. they could have targeted other trains
No change in timings for this train. Change in timings only for trains running in Kerala due to heavy delays of trains. But trains heading towards Kerala run on time mostly. It is the trains that originate from Kerala, especially via Kottayam,that run late. For Instance,12626 Kerala SF mostly runs with average delay if not for fog and diversions.etc. And it has been slowed down.But 12625 is easily 1 hr late the moment it reaches CBE. Same goes for Sabari,Jayanti Janta, TVC MAS Mail.etc I don't understand what SR wants to accomplish by slowing down trains, whether the official's brains don't work or something of the sorts.
I have also read that in some English news paper tweeted by KA rail users.

Yelagiri and Lalbagh, vaigai, uzhavan, nzm mas garib rath , kovai exp. While increasing the time of west coast trains due to monsoon is understood that of the likes of mas garib rath is unknown
