I think this linked to PF10. We can see the display boards at that platform with same color and font. As some Lift works going on at SC near PF10. It may be on/off some tines.
Earlier the link had options of departures display - ""direction Wise"" like Vikrabad and BZA... that option is missing now....although it was not functioning then also....
