Seems like game of tennis happening between SR, SWR......and in the process the passengers are getting affected. Many of the politicians seem to have some stakes in the bus services on this sector though they might be with a different owner.
Even having a minister is not helping matters. I get a sense that even if they do start, the timings might be odd or else it might be like the CBE-SBC humsafar which is not serving the purpose as much it should have had
