with bread and butter, veg cutlet is rs 30? For Breakfast, it is Rs 30, but for Evening we need to look at the a-la-carte menu: Veg Cutlets is Rs 28 and Bread Butter is Rs 15. Please check this site: click here

Yes, in the evening itself I had veg cutlet with bread butter from cgsk pantry staff 6 months back and they charged 30rs only.
If an item cost is 30rs for breakfast why would it change for evening snack

you have a point there. I was looking at the irctc menu which appeared to differentiate between breakfast and a-la-carte menu otherwise why should they have cutlets on the a-la-carte menu?
