Situation near about Kanpur is very serious from Congestion point of view.Even Bhaupur to to Rooma DFC loop is not completed.
Problem of Kanpur - Prayagraj (Allahabad) railway stretch will not be solved unless Railway do not connect Kasganj - Aligarh and Kannauj - Ganjmoradabad stretch. Also Electrification of Farrukhabad - Shikohabad and Mainpuri - Etawah section.
When all these stretches will meet from each other then the traffic will get smooth as we all know from Aligarh to New Delhi there is 3rd line so splitting/diverting trains towards above mentioned lines will reduce traffic and the rest will be done by DFCC.
