My entry:/blog/post/378144.I made a complaint through public grievences to Railways and got a reply from the Divisional Manager,Office Public Grievances cell Madurai informing that they referred to the concerned for necessary action AND STAFF CONCERNED is being severely warned to be more courteous and to avoid complaints in this regard in future.

great action taking due Public Grivances system with in 30 days. Nice to hear they warned by the superior officers. i think they issue memo regarding this
