Today many trains are getting Utkrist rakes. Many may have question in their mind that if the train gets Utkrist then will it get LHB after a long time? I am really not sure what will be the perfect answer to this but can give you an example. Steel Express was selected for Utkrist in the month of April 2018. Letter shows the same. Exterior and interiors of Steel (Pictures of 17th May and 06th June 2018) and eventually on 11th June 2018 Steel was LHBfied. Now this EC replacing 1A. SER ordered EC for Steel long time back which will be attached to Steel on 24/01/2019 ex HWH.
