PRS Ticket can be cancelled online through IRCTC and the refund needs to be collected from any PRS Counters on production of the ticket. This is only valid for those bookings which are done by cash/pass. If PRS ticket is booked by Cashless mode i.e by BHIM App, Credit/Debit Cards, wallets etc. It cannot be cancelled online like cash bookings PRS tickets. For Cancellation of PRS tickets booked by Cashless mode one have to visit the PRS counter for the Cancellation. #FAQ #OnlineCancellationOfPRSTicket.
Also, for online cancellation of PRS tickets passenger should ensure at counter that his mobile number is correctly fed in the system as there is otp verification procedure for any such cancellation
Yes. I guess it is already updated in FAQ. This is basically for PRS ticket booked using cashless mode.
