Sir, I meant to say that NR DLI divn is pretty bad in doing maintenance. My experience in ASR Shatabdi during IRY20 era was pretty bad. Cleanliness was okay, but the rake maintenance was horrible.
Never got a chance to travel in DDN Shatabdi. It might be an exception.
