When SCoR will start operating ?
or it will be shelve like Silchar , Gulburga & Jammu Division for another 5 years ??

OSD already appointed at vskp and is working from there on it. He is already working with ECoR and SCR officials on bringing to ground zonal infra.
Currently, zonal boundary limits are being formalized.
