abhi kuchh din pahle hi news mein padha tha ki GKP-LKO par sleeper badalne ka kaam chal raha hai, ab news mein hai ki patri bhi badalenge, ek saath shuru kar sakte the chhote chhote hisse mein baant kar.
ROZA-Burhwal pura ek baar mein doubling karne se achha tha ki ek chhote section par start kar ke kaam ko teji se karte, to bhi kuchh bhala hota aur kuchh progress dikhne ko milti.

Problem ye hai ki koi Proactive Plan nahi hai NER kr paas....Jab 60KG ka Sleeper Block leke change hua to Track ko bhi 60KG me replace kiya gaya...
