whats difference b/w EMU and MEMU?

🔘EMUs are multiple units usually running in suburban sections whereas MEMU are same thing running on non-suburban sections 🔘EMUs seems to be wider than MEMUs & have more carrying capacity than MEMUs,whereas MEMUs have stairs, vestibules, toilets ideal for running in sections having low level platforms,long gap b/w two stations, etc.
