On 22.08.2019, Adra division achieved 100% punctuality in passenger trains and was ranked 1st on IR and achieved 96.88% in Mail/Exp category and was ranked 2nd over IR.

Overall percentage doesn't depend upon some specific trains or a place. It is the overall punctuality percentage of a Division (Zonal basis) and on a specific time period (date mentioned). And even if it is showing good percentage with an average delay of 10/15 or even 30 minutes, it means the other trains over other divisions of IR were running with more delay, on that specific time period, simple.
