Don't know, probably not now. I think they'll wait till the completion of the remaining Sbg-Bgp section. As only middle part is yet to be electrified, once done we'll see eloco plying on whole Sbg loop section.
Gour Express is getting E Loco now a days. ER should start Loco change of Howrah Guwahati Trains via Rampurhat at Malda Town now.
All the Katihar bound exp trains of Sbg Loop and trains terminating at Malda are already running with Eloco. The ones that goes towards Bgp and in BAK loop will receive after electrification in Sbg-BGP and AZ-NFK pprtion gets completed. NJP bound ones are likely to get Eloco link after nov after AUB-NJP section gets clearance from CRS
