Got an update even work between bypl bypass to band still not started infact even tenders are not called for than 4 kms stretch because as it comes under defence area they need to take permission from defence. Now if ypr hrsa trains needs to run with ac traction then from band it must come to bypl and then climb the ramp towards hsra infact this is better than going via bypass line
