If somebody has the courage to tag WCR or Piyush Goyal on Twitter and ask about 02197/98 we may get details regarding what happened to this train it's actually a popular train in KRCL and SR
CR was the reason why neither of CBE and Pune Specials could be regularized
The main motive of 02198 was to connect JBP with KRCL and North Kerala
I don't think so anybody would be taking this to CBE from JBP. It does serve as a connection to the Konkan belt. I wish IR instead thinks about taking this train to CAPE, because as of now there is only a weekly PNBE ERS to Kerala, and no train to Kerala capital from JBP.
