I heard that OHE's are raised n the works are going slowly.
JB's issue was the reversal case at TLI which made SCR to sign a Gandi Irwin pact with ECoR n SWR to handle the DP-4/DG-4's. Even SCR knows that 50% of the ECoR pilots aren't trained n the remaining are doing Freight work. So SCR was FORCED to send SWR's Loco.
This can also help Visakha Express in SC - VSKP stretch without changing loco at RJY. N if possible, also the VSKP - LTT SF express too.
