I think the electrification of Bhind-Etawah can be completed first, the date of completion of this route is 31 August and the work is going fast compare with Gwalior-Shivpuri.
The work of Gwalior-Shivpuri should have been completed but has delay due to some mistakes.

Don't know when will get completed, As checked that on Gwalior - Etawah route that neither digging nor pole erection look place, Lets hope for Gwalior - Shivpuri that may it will get completed by mid of this year.

Digging work Already started...I was travelled in last month From Etawa-Gwalior.

And I traveled to New Delhi last month so I saw there is no sign of
progress from Birlanagar station till the tracks not parted their ways.
As you have said hope will get to see the E loco action in this route.
