Thanks sir,it was well elaborated.
every thing is now clear.Only thing is that the left out OS of train is sent to nearest rail head or train originating station.
From my experience i am seeing(may be i am wrong) it is not mingled with GN . In fact it maintains it's own identity.People applying for HQ or people in railway(i don't know how) get their extremely high wait listed tickets confirmed under OS quota (may be i am wrong in the sense of how seat is allotted ). i have seen the...
