run trains in their state(West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana,Bihar). Do without the interest of local administration, issues like station management, local transport, policing, deployment of medical professionals at stations /GRP be handled?
3. Why no social distancing norms as no vacant middle berth like that in starting phase of labour special trains.
Now middle berth will be allocated in labour trains also.
4. Experts have told that centralized AC are good vectors in virus spread as observed in Wuhan, China. Then why only AC classes offered .
Do high paying travelers are more immune from virus spread...Labourers walking on foot not allowed to walk through highways, who then are pitifully using rail tracks to walk..!
Why not mixed class trains with sleepers like Sampark Kranti to help travel more people if accommodating more pax is the motto..
5. Usage of waiting rooms/dormitories for interchanging pax will be allowed or not ?
6. If hotspot cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi are touched now why not other green zone small cities be connected tomorrow itself.
Virus infection spread will be more fast if hot spots get connected...
