Just a fancy name, "Patrolling Special" over Howrah division, whereas they are "Staff Special" in Sealdah division.
Started after lockdown began, to patrol the route by onboard RPF & carry Rail staffs as well. Their schedule gets changed every now & then. Initially introduced as 4 Car, later upgraded as 6 car, 9 car & now 12 car
