There is huge difference between Self Guess and Possibility.
There was never been a talk about 7th PF and will not be constructed in next 5 years or so. After that we’ll see.

if you giving reference to that “ doubling letter “ where suggestion for extra PF was given then it was not approval.You have no land to construct another so far.
Railway barely finiding any space to expand its 6th PF.
