Sir in every loco both brakes i.e. Loco Brakes & Train Brakes are available.
A loco is not complete without both these brakes.
For example a train running @ speed of 110 KMPH is now getting ready to stop at station only few KMs ahead so how would the train stop?
If assuming that the loco had no train brakes & LP applied...
