Anupam Bhatt 3 blog postsHave not been able to take a printout of the eticket. Is it okay if i travel tommorow (early morning) and pay the 50 rs charge ? I have read this rule on irctc, but not very sure if the TTE would allow me to travel or not. Any body experienced this situation before?

Possible to board and travel without e-ticket print out. One of prescribed id document is must. TTE will charge only Rs. 50/- as already replied by Mr. Jitesh.
@ Plz insist on payment of Rs. 50/- to TTE and insist on receipt for such payemnt. Without this, you may land in trouble while exiting out at your destination Railway Station. As you will not be having e-ticekt print out and not even Rs. 50/- receipt, the absence of which will invite trouble and hassles for you.
