I had filed tdr for partially confirmed 2AC (1 Confirmed + 1 WL) having fare of Rs.2710. How much refund I am supposed to get. Any Guess ?

Full refund could be doubtful sir..May be half for confirmed ticket and full for w/l ticket.Better to follow with IRCTC is any thing else is required.
Since once i had filled TDR for untravelled confirm ticket since i had to miss the connecting train due to late arrival of pairing train got only half the amount.

But no one travelled, how can he get a certificate from TTE.
He should get full refund (except 20rs per pax). Provided that TTE hadn't ticket him on chart without checking.

I think if TTE had fulfilled his duty, then you must get full refund
