When will normal services of IR resume. Given the fact that vaccination is on now. Business, academics and all spheres are opening up
see , there is no difference between normal trains and specials except 0 and 2S coaches
Also Currently , not all trains are getting patronage !!!
So I think IR will wait till April/May
but IR will resume some pass / local trains

MST pass allowed nahi hai. PRS Waiting tickets allowed nahi hai. Senior citizen/physically handicapped ko concession nahi hai. Passenger festival special ke naam par triple fare de ke loote ja rahe hain. Yaha CG mein general coaches mein baithne ke liye bhi 3 days baad ka number lag raha hai. MEMU local /passenger trains chal nahi rahe. Chhote sttaions ke log bus me chal rahe

In some sections where alternate means of transport are not available, they needed to be opened along with more local train services
