If you don't have tender then you can show other documents which shows that construction started for doubling of 2 sections like "Target document/map"

I just want confirmation that construction has starred in both sections

am convinced with doubling under construction of New Bongaigaon - Rangiya section. But I am getting doubt regarding doubling of Rangiya - Agaituri section

Don't misunderstand. I ask such questions for confirmation to everybody. It is my duty as responsible atlas monitor to ask for proper proof before changing track type of any section
