might be...but not sure. rail bandhus have been in place since last one year and a half. but these magazines have been in place for about three years if not less. might be this magazine gave the railways an idea of bringing up railbandhu (aka flights) for onboard reading of passengers in rajdhani,shatabdi,duronto group of trains...
