With strict lockdown now imposed in states like Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Delhi, MP now railways need to analyse which services to cancel and which to resume to stop incurring heavy losses in operational cost loss and later blame on government employees.
Since this needs permission from Rail Board which is taking process hope they would have already initiated the occupancy audit measures....

I would like cancellation of 021621/02622. Its better not to run instead with this current TT.
Economic impact of running empty trains would be felt later on after six months...then many here on IRI would put all blame of this operational loss on railway employees:their conduct or laziness
double trains can be cancelled, like TN , samta , swarna jayanti .
but railways should also try to reintroduce trains to places which don't have any trains as of now .
with buses being stopped , trains are the only medium of travel

Yes, section wise analysis needs to be carried on with respect to current status prevailing in those areas like curfew, night curfew or total lockdown
