this end, it has been decided to convert the existing railway station facade building into a three storey railway station building. Madurai Divisional Railway Manager Padmanabhan Anand inspected the Rameswaram railway station today.

Accompanying him was Senior Divisional Commercial Manager V.S. Prasanna, Senior Divisional Manager RP Rathipriya, Divisional Engineer Hiradayesh Kumar, Construction Engineer Rathi and officials of Indian Railway Land Development Authority were present.

Later, a consultation meeting was held on the facilities to be made at Rameshwaram railway station.
