In Railfan group in FB! Someone said now GKP (Gorakhpur)has world's Longest platform. is it correct?

no brother there is total eight platforms, in which 1 & 2 combined as stated.

The cabway is a direct entry to platform no.1& 2. first cabway which came up at Howrah Junction and second one which opened up at Gorakhpur station in July this year and third one in Lucknow charbagh :)
Kharagpur had the tag of the longest platform in the world. After completion, Gorakhpur's platform will become the longest.
