Hope you get the refund ASAP if not this time claiming unnecessary reasons take next step of moving to consumer court and let them pay penalty for the carelessness on their part..

railway bahut badi chor hai, agents par ban lagakar janta ki nazar main imandaar ban rahi hai aur dusri taraf tatkal quota badati ja rahi hai aur tatkal ko badava de rahi hai,
Great efforts sir.....by doing this IR is ruining its image...well i doubt that u will get refund as two rules clash here....lets hope for the best...!!!!!
